And so.. the past few months of re-immersing myself into NEWS world has unfortunately reached its limit.. Have been having mixed feelings about 3nin NEWS + Tego.. perhaps to me, this combi just does not work as well as before. Guess to me their inter-member interaction & relationship is so important, that 3+1 NEWS is just not of the same dynamics anymore. (which explains my major infatuation on their, 4nin's MC sessions of every single concert)

And so.. in the effort to fill this emptiness, I have accidentally moved on to NEWS' JE oh-so-famous senior, Arashi. Thanks to spotify & Arashi official youtube account (amazing..ly late move from JE.. way to go!).

Arashi is nothing new to me. It's like a household brandname for Jpop, really.. I became aware of them even before I knew Johnny's/ HSJ/ NEWS (thanks to Matsujun's Domyoji) but couldnt be bothered to spare them some thoughts all these years. Until recently... (Gosh, what's the deal with me always entering the fandom of groups that are on the verge of breaking up/ on hiatus... Not cool :'( )

But yes, so I have converted overnight to become an Arashian. My 一番 is Sho-kun, bcos.. Idk, I have kinda always had an eye on him since the first time I knew this group. But, really Arashi's strong point (as is well-known by and has been repeated many times by fans) is this awesome dynamics between the members. And and.. they are oji-sans... Come on they are like.. 40ish already! and I have weakness for handsome, dorky uncles. Always haha..

Tho, before getting into their dynamics and personality, I got roped in first and foremost by their music. Especially Kite and Whenever You Call. I listened to them literally on loop for hours a day. And when my ears got too much of them, I started poring thru their older albums and so it was just downhill from then on...

Anyway, having been in the fandom for different groups for a while now.. I kinda observed things and they are interesting observation.
